Half-Day Online Workshop

Get ready for a creative, somatic, and emotionally restorative workshop to help you choose, and learn to access the feeling you most desire. You will come away with your core emotion for 2026, a creative expression of that emotion, and a process to guide you how to get there. We will meet for movement, creativity and practice for 4 hours with a 30 minute break half way through.
A Simple but Powerful set of Practices
You’ll be held through a thoughtful sequence of practices designed to reveal, embody, and activate your chosen feeling.
Identify your Feeling for 2026
We will work in community to help you determine what your core emotion is for 2026, the one that will really allow you to thrive.
Create a Visual Representation
Using the materials you have on hand and your innate creativity (we all have it), we will make a visual reminder of this emotion.
Lock it In With Your Body
We will use the wisdom of your body to help us lock in this feeling, with movement, poses or whatever your body tells us to do!
Practice with Mindfulness
Using a powerful self-compassion practice you will receive the guidance you need to bring yourself back to this emotion at any time.

I been developing techniques and programs to help people since I was Faculty at UT-Health in 2000. Not only do I have the professional skills and knowledge to help you, I also have hard-won personal experience from changing my own internal state. I spent 2025 in somatic therapy for myself and this workshop is the result of how I learned to manage difficult emotions that persisted after my therapy sessions. I want to give this to you!
