Do you ever feel like you’re at the whim of your emotions—constantly reacting to life rather than navigating it? These sessions are designed to help you transition from “reactivity” to “agency” through a steady, supportive weekly practice.
What we do together:

Welcome & Weekly Insight: (15min) Each week, we’ll explore a bite-sized lesson on emotional intelligence or somatic wisdom. We’ll look at the “how” and “why” of our internal world in a way that is practical and easy to apply immediately.

Guided Practice: (15 min) Then, we dive into the work. Whether it’s a guided visualization, a creative sketching exercise, or a somatic movement practice, we’ll embody the tools together in real-time.

Gentle Inquiry: (30 min optional) “Inquiry” is just our way of reflecting. You’ll have the (optional) space to share what came up for you. We don’t focus on “fixing” each other; instead, we share our breakthroughs and challenges so the whole community can grow together.
